Structured authoring
Courses hold modules, modules hold sub-modules, sub-modules hold resources — drag to reorder at every level. Video, audio, documents, rich text, embeds and SCORM packages all sit side by side.
Author the course, deliver it, assess it under proctoring, and hand out a certificate an employer can verify — without stitching four tools together.
One platform, everything between enrolment and evidence
Most teams run an LMS for delivery, a separate tool for exams, and a spreadsheet for who has actually completed what. QuikLMS is the three of those as one system.
Courses hold modules, modules hold sub-modules, sub-modules hold resources — drag to reorder at every level. Video, audio, documents, rich text, embeds and SCORM packages all sit side by side.
Authoring, a tracking player, assessment, certificates, batches and reporting — sharing one learner record instead of four exports.
For schools: batches, scheduled classes, attendance, homework and parent visibility. For enterprises: course assignments, due dates and compliance windows.
Progress by learner, batch, course and org. Compliance dashboards show who is overdue right now — not who was overdue when the last export ran.
SCORM 1.2 and 2004 report completion and score straight back into the learner record.
Each role gets its own surface. Nobody is handed an admin console and asked to find the three things that concern them.
A clear queue of what is assigned and what is due, a player that remembers where they stopped, and certificates they can share.
Batches, attendance, homework and tutoring requests in one place — plus availability and payout summaries.
Author or approve content, assign it, and see compliance across the whole organisation without exporting anything.
For schools: visibility of a child’s schedule, homework status, live classes and results — without a separate portal.
A completion tick is easy to produce and easy to doubt. These are the parts that make a score defensible when someone asks.
The served subset and its order are decided when the attempt starts and pinned server-side, so a refresh shows the same paper — and the person beside you does not.
Fullscreen enforcement, tab-switch and copy-paste detection, and webcam face checks. Every incident is logged against the session for an administrator to review.
Answers are graded against the exact question set the learner was shown, never a re-derived one. Attempt limits are enforced where they are defined.
Certificates carry a QR code to a public verification page, and only become downloadable once the learner has genuinely met the passing criteria.
Six stages on one record. Nothing is re-keyed between them, so the certificate at the end is backed by the attempts that earned it.

The things worth knowing before bringing QuikLMS to your organisation.
QuikLMS is a multi-tenant learning management system covering the full training lifecycle — authoring courses, delivering them through a SCORM-capable player, assessing with proctored quizzes and exams, issuing verifiable certificates, and reporting on progress and compliance.
Yes. Each tenant is configured as either school or corporate, which changes the vocabulary and the modules on offer — batches, timetables, attendance and parent access for schools; course assignments, compliance windows and manager reporting for enterprises.
Quizzes can run under proctoring with fullscreen enforcement, tab-switch and copy-paste detection, and webcam face checks. Question order and the served subset are randomised per attempt and pinned server-side, so two learners sitting together do not see the same paper.
Every issued certificate carries a public verification URL and a QR code that resolves to it. An employer can confirm authenticity without an account, and the certificate is only downloadable when the learner actually met the passing criteria.
Video (uploaded, YouTube or Vimeo), audio, PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, rich text, external links, embeds, and SCORM 1.2 / 2004 packages with progress tracked back into the learner record.
